Aditya brings with him 8 years of experience in the Financial Services sector in varied disciplines like HR, Training, Business Development, Financial Planning, Strategic Planning, Brand Building, PR and Media Planning & Buying. He is passionate about contributing towards the growth of Financial Services sector. Aditya has had succesful career stints at Bajaj Allianz Group, IMS Proschool and in his last job, he was heading the Marketing & Business Development team at Financial Planning Standards Board India (FPSBI).Expertise include - Good understanding of the Indian financial services sector, development of strategic marketing plans, branding and advertising campaigns, HR skills,  training need analysis, events and promotions designed to increase sales and drive brand preference, leading cross-functional teams, vendors and agencies.  Aditya has done his Masters in HR, Masters in Economics and is a Certified Financial Planner^CM. A prolific writer, Aditya has been regularly contributing to various business, financial and education publications.

Mr. Alok Kumar CFP^CM:

Seasoned professional, with a rich experience of over 20 years across Industries out of which 15 years with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) whereby managed a wide gamut of functions ranging from Govt. Liasoning, Operations, Sales & Business Development. As Head-Knowledge Management Division with Financial Planning Standards Board India (FPSB India) was  responsible for the Certification and Examination for the CFP Certification Program in India.  Designing Examinations and developing question bank at various levels while implementing rules/ procedures to ensure that complete Examinations process is smooth and time bound. In the last role, worked in the capacity of  Regional Manager (North) with FPSB India. Represented FPSB India twice in the International conference held in Seatlle, US in Sep’07 and in Boston, US in Oct’08. Consummate professional with excellent planning, execution, monitoring and resource balancing skills, attention to detail as well as the ability to build and lead effective teams. Outstanding presentation and leadership skills. Alok is a Certified Financial Planner.

Ms. Sharmistha Gadge:

Sharmsistha has held senior HR roles during the 8 years of her career in the Medical, Manufacturing and Education sector in India & has led portfolios in various gamut of HR - HR Branding, Talent Sourcing, Organization Capability & Effectiveness, Integration Management, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Total Employee Remuneration & Rewards, Employee Relations & HR Operations. This diverse exposure has given her the opportunity to partner & engage the Business Leadership Teams in HR Strategy Management. She has taken up the role of an agent of transformation to support organization building and sustained business growth. Sharmistha has an extensive experience in managing the corporate training programs for leading Financial Services companies like SBI, ICICI Securities, Kotak Securities, Sundaram BNP Paribas AMC, & IDBI Bank. Sharmistha has done her Masters in HR and a post-graduate program with specialization in Hospital Management from Symbiosis, Pune.

Ms. Tripti Bansal, CFP^CM:

Tripti is a seasoned Corporate Trainer with a rich experience of conducting Training Programs on diverse financial subjects such as Equity, Debt, Financial Planning, Risk Management, Life Insurance (IC 33) and Financial Formulas and Functions.

Work experience of over 4 years in Life Insurance Sector as Advisor whereby managed a wide gamut of functions ranging from operations, sales, marketing & business development.

Extensive work in Designing and developing Content for the CFP^CM Certification Program while working with the Financial Education Institutes at various levels including conducting classes for the CFP^CM Certification Program at various Education Institutes.

As a CFP^CM Certificant Engaged in providing Need-based Financial Planning advice including Portfolio Risk Management, Dynamic Asset Allocation etc.

Active Participation in Seminars and Conferences conducted by Financial Service Institutions, including Regulatory organizations such as FPSB India, which are product centric as well as based on best industry practices.
